3. Image Generation Service Terms

When utilizing our AI or custom image generation tools on JV Prime Store:

Prohibited Content: You agree not to input prompts or media that promote hate speech, illegal activities, violence, explicit content, or copyright infringement.
Usage Rights: Upon successful payment and generation, you are granted a non-exclusive license to download and use the generated images according to the plan or product purchased.
Service Availability: Generation speed and availability depend on technical bandwidth. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to image generation tools.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice.
Payments are securely processed via Stripe. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

5. Digital Downloads & Refund Policy

Physical Products: Standard store return policies apply to physical items.
Digital Products & Image Generations: Due to the immediate delivery and computational cost of digital image generations, all sales of completed digital image downloads are final and non-refundable.
If a technical system error prevents your image from generating correctly, please contact support for credits or a re-run.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of JV Prime Store or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

JV Prime Store shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or products.
